I don't know if it will automatically transfer.. probably not as the trial is classed as a different game in the library.
But you should be able to copy your trial save files to the full games save folder.
FIrst Close Origin by right clicking the system tray icon and > Exit.
Then make sure you BACKUP all your saves in the folders I mention below..
Go to My Documents > Bioware > Dragon Age Inquisition Trial - and Copy the "Save" folder. (Paste one copy to your desktop for precaution)
Then click back out to the Bioware folder > Dragon Age Inquisition - and paste it there replacing the current save folder with your old one.
Open Origin and run DAI. It might ask you if you wish to use the local saves or the cloud saves. Choose LOCAL SAVES.
