Dragon Age Ultimate Edition Redeem Code

I have recently purchased the DA Origins Ultimate Edition (for the PC) from Amazon.

I cannot redeem the code that came with the game for the additional contents pack. On the BSN it comes up as "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly", which I have several times.

Not sure what else I can do. Looking at the code, it has been stickered over twice already (the game was sealed).

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Maybe u alredy enterd the code but dont know it becaus incame it say not authorized, if you have done this try 2 install the patch 1.0.5
