Dragon Age

I have problem I add on Origin 1600 Bioware Points and  i purchase DLC Witch Hunt from bioware site because in Origin when i click Buy Now nothing happen and when i bought  I use  .dazip file to add DLC to the game. When i want play this i have message in menu i see that my account dont have permission to play and i should log in to account where i have game... i dont know why because this account have permission to this DLC, and when i add this with .dazip i dont see Witch Hunt on Origin in DLC to buy now. Sorry for my bad english.

    Sorry to hear about your problem.  Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do for you.
    The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help and game-play discussions.
    We're all just fellow gamers, doin' the best we can...

    You need "official" support from the EA Game Advisors.
    They are the only ones who can resolve problems with purchases, accounts, or game authorization issues.
    Contact them using the Help Center.

    After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)
    look for the "Chat Now", "Call Now", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one.  (You've already done that.)
    The options you see may vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.

    If you select "Chat Now" or "Call Now", be sure you have enough time (at least one hour) to wait before being connected to someone.  😕mileyfrustrated:

    My foult i reinstal game and i forgot about patch. DLC needs 1.04 minimum and i had 1.03. I installed 1.05 and DLC works.
