Dragon Age: Inquisition blacklisted for Belarus, Cyprus, Israel, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE...This issue doesn't affect me as I already have a copy of the game via EA App. But this is genuninely ridicilous to see this game blacklisted on EGS for absolutely no reason considering the fact that the game is available on ALL platforms (except Epic) since its relase.Based on Reddit discussions, it seems that an Israeli person has contacted Epic Games but they have told that person only EA can change this.You can see the blacklist error from my very own screenshot

I know very well that you read these messages. Read this message very well.You are such a big company. But you are still after a few dollars. You are victimizing us by banning your game published on Epic Games in countries where you should not ban it. Epic Games redirects directly to you. When I write to you on live support, you say we can't do anything. What you are doing is nothing but a disgrace. We may be the few who react here. You may not take us seriously or care. But know that you will lose thousands of users because of this illegal policy. We are just the people you see. There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of people you don't see. And I know very well that you don't care about us on purpose. Because you want us to pay a fee from another platform instead of getting it for free from Epic Games. I also know that you will open the game page to us after the deadline for Epic Games' free game has passed. No one will ever forget you victimizing people in these three countries. @HealmeRZfor all of you just joining us here is a small recap:for some reason in Israel Turkey and Cyprus ( maybe other countries as well ) dragon age Inquisition seems to be blocked in the epic game storewhen we raised the issue here in this forum after a very long time we got a response from a community manager saying that it is because some countries are banned and he referenced an article explaining which countries are banned. obviously neither of these 3 countries are banned ( the ones who are banned are Russia, Iran, north Korea, Cuba, some regions of Ukraine, Belarus and that's it I think )since we raised the fact that we are not banned and we know for sure ( that we are not banned by EA or that our countries banned the game ) because of the fact we can buy the game on different platforms EA have ignored us and yet to give an answer.it is obviously a mistake a community manger can't solve which is why I asked for him to ask some higherups for help a few hours ago but this forum is still ignored since then.hopefully they will chose to help us in the near future so we can all claim this game and stop this from happening again.edit: you can try to open a ticket with them so the problem will get more exposure but I have opened one hours ago and still no reply..

Hello, various electronic arts games such as Dragon Age Inquiry Goty Edition and Dead Space (2008) Dead Space 2 A Way Out, which are given free of charge on Epic Games Store between 16-25 May, cannot be accessed in Turkey and some other countries, and these users will receive gifts as part of the mega discount. This game and other games cannot be used due to the error "This item is not available in your location." While the same games are on sale in EA Play and some other game stores, they cannot be accessed on the Epic Games platform. Epic Games conveys that the problem is caused by Electronic Arts and that the game is inaccessible due to your choice. We request that this problem be resolved urgently.

@amit3420As a side note:The worst part is that how EA filters you out in help center. So I haven't created a ticket yet. It practically filters me out. I would write them on Twitter... but I don't have a twitter account.
The only hope is for them to see this community post.

I spoke to an EA customer support person, long story short, they can't change the blacklisted countries, so anyone in those countries will not be able to purchase the game, through Epic or through the store. also, they said the game is titled as a "Sunset" game, which means EA will not be selling this game anymore or put it on EA play.

@Xx-Gimmle-xX If you mean "not being able to purchase at any store" by "through Epic or through the store" than it is flat out wrong. The game is only blacklisted in EGS. It is available on all other platforms.
I guess that customer support has no idea what they are talking about if I understood you correctly.
