@amit3420 Turkey is still under sanctions for the same reason they cited, they just haven’t updated the list. Israel and Cuba are more complicated and without a direct answer is impossible to know

@Arcane_2077 Can you provide a source for that? There is no embargoe that exists for Turkey. And no... private companies can't do "embargoe". They may refuse to sell but it is not embargoe by definition.
