I want to add:

EA support sent me to contact EPIC support.

I talked with EPIC on live chat, they said they might be able to solve it.

We switched to email, they asked for screen shots and EPIC account name, and now I'm waiting to see if they can do anything. 

Been a couple of hours since, I don't think they will answer before monday..
