Dragon Age:Origins very lag in medium pc
My game is very lag on 10-20fps even I changed the resolution to 800x600 and changed to all low graphics,I need some helps,here is my pc specs

Can you try repairing the game if you haven't already? To do so right-click the game panel in Origin and choose the Repair option.
If you're using Steam, Right-click the game in your library, then Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of Game Cache.
