When I first installed game, it did exactly what you stated with my second monitor...but recently I had to change to borderless window which was basically what it was, then I changed back to actual fullscreen....and it fixed the issue of the mouse getting outside of the game....why?? I have no clue...will it last?? I have no clue.....But I will take it for my sake.
I sure am happy for you I may try that also, but right now my trick works. I sure hate problems that fix themselves with no reason how it did so.
