[EA app] DLC missing after switching from Origin

I switched over from Origin to EA a while ago at this point but when I did so none of my Sims 4 DLCs carried over with me. I purchased a LOT of DLCs for the game through different methods including a physical code, through origin and on Amazon yet all of them are missing no matter the purchase method.

Ive tried to contact EA help multiple times however they just keep asking me for information then not actually doing anything with that information to help. I can see the content used to be in my game as when I load my save files all of the DLC content is disappeared leaving my sims missing clothes and their houses empty. I’ve seen people say to make sure I’m logged in on the correct account and I have. I’m not really sure what to do at this point because I certainly won’t be re-purchasing or buying any future packs after this.
