[EA app] Error Code: 10604 Launching Game

I've been replaying the Dragon Age series and I've been getting the 10604 "your Cloud storage is full" error message but I have no idea where to find the storage location to clear up saves. I've pulled this info format from another post so hopefully it helps whoever has an answer:

  • EA App/Steam/Epic: EA App
  • EA ID/Steam user ID: ihavearandom
  • EA App Error Report ID: f929bbbe-d82a-4564-a7d6-7db9aa3fd2b9
  • The EA app logs have been attached
  • Windows OS: Windows 11 Home
  • Windows OS version: 23H2
  • GPU model and driver: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, Device ID: 10DE 1F15 1C5F1043, Part Number: 4914 0031
  • Region: United States
  • Internal Drive
  • Are you using an HDD or SSD?
  • Noticed the issue 8/28/24 and it's still ongoing (9/4/24)
  • No other errors
  • Screenshot of error code attached
  • DxDiag attached

The only way to change cloud storage space on the user end is to delete or move saves out of the local folders.

    • Make sure EA app is closed:
    • Go to your "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\Characters\" folder and move old character folders or older save files of a character to a different place on your hard drive.
    • Start EA app.
