Eyeglasses with progressive lens and the subtitles

Hello to all.

I need your help!

I'm wearing eyeglasses with progressive lens. This means I have not ability to focus things on sight. I have to use my lens where the bottom of them are used to focus near objects like books, smartphones, keyboard and bottom of monitors. The upper part of the lens is used to see far things. Mid part is used to see things in mid distance.

I'm Italian so I have to read the subtitles during the dialogues and/or cutscenes. I must raise my head and bend my neck to read the subtitles, however after 30 minutes of gameplay my neck it hurts.

Is there a way to move the subtitles at the bottom of monitor?

Thank you very much.

@manny_gt sorry, I'm not aware of any way to move the text. I did a quick search in case there were mods that changed the text location, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything.

I wear progressive lenses glasses as well but this also applies to bifocal or trifocal wearers. Get a pair of glass with the near vision (reading) part of the prescription ONLY as a single vision pair of glasses. Those are your computer glasses. They keep you from having to tilt your head to read the screen. That prevents a strained neck and, a lot of headaches due to a strained neck. Well worth the cost of the second pair of glasses.

Also, look for specials where you have your glasses made, you may find a buy one pair, get a second pair of single vision free so, you pay for your progressive glasses and get the computer glasses free.
