Community Admin@manny_gt sorry, I'm not aware of any way to move the text. I did a quick search in case there were mods that changed the text location, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything.

I wear progressive lenses glasses as well but this also applies to bifocal or trifocal wearers. Get a pair of glass with the near vision (reading) part of the prescription ONLY as a single vision pair of glasses. Those are your computer glasses. They keep you from having to tilt your head to read the screen. That prevents a strained neck and, a lot of headaches due to a strained neck. Well worth the cost of the second pair of glasses.
Also, look for specials where you have your glasses made, you may find a buy one pair, get a second pair of single vision free so, you pay for your progressive glasses and get the computer glasses free.
