It's funny, EA's support line is very friendly and prompt, I commend them on that.
But actually fixing problems?
They are **bleep**.
And they give you general run arounds when it's really a clear software problem.
Fix your game guys. It's broken as hell.

Mine doesn't entirely crash, exactly - but the intro cut scene -- I imagine there is SUPPOSED to be one -- doesn't play. It just drops me into a landscape immediately after creating a character. And there's nothing on the map, and absolutely nowhere to go. I wandered around in there for an hour searching everything just to make sure I wasn't missing something, but no. It's an empty, closed map. And of course you can't save so each time you have to re-create your entire character, and then find yourself stuck in the same place.
I tried to uninstall and re-install the game, but it's still doing it.
I literally spent all of yesterday on this instead of, you know. Playing the game and having the R&R day I'd been planning for a while.
So damn disappointed.
