Game Crash on attempting to travel to Western Approach

Everytime I attempt to enter the Western Approach, the load does not progress or continue. The cards appear, and I can flip through them, but it never moves to the next step. I left the game running ...

Ok. Patch is out.... Problem still is not fixed.

It is now game breaking for me because I cant enter the winter palace due to the same bug. So there is no way to advance the game now. Could i get some Help here?
