Game went slow-motion after installing Jaws of Hakkon

I am also having this issue, whilst slow motion running is quite heroic in the movies it makes killing enemies in game a pain in the bum.  I have reinstalled the whole game twice to see if that helped and also did a repair etc but it has not helped.  Hopefully something can be done to fix this issue.
