Did you try what I've suggested (wrongly since it was about mscvp100 here), to download and install BOTH x86 and x64 vcredists 2012 from here?

yeah xD i alredy try this , try run the folder vc++ ... and all that stuff
will try again just in case , cuz im a little desperate rigth now =(~~ , but i dont see how 2 solve that anymore
