Graphical issue

I like the Helmet,

This game is very heavy on memory and your GPU, now a lot of times what I have seen is that it will also take up a lot of CPU usage.  the first thing i would do is pull up your DXdiag: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows/how-to-run-a-directx-diagnostic-on-xp/

Now take a look at your CPU should be around 2.0 dual core or higher.
Then look at your GPU driver date:  those updates can be found here:

If you do not have a physical card but you have like an Intel HD graphics chipset, this cannot be updated and is generally the cause - but not always.

Next I would change the amount of cores that your game is consuming when you launch it by changing the afinity http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/24086-processor-affinity-set-applications-windows-8-a.html

This will allow your game to use as little as possible and set it to just 0 and 1

The main things you want to focus on are do you have a strong enough CPU, do you have enough Memory, and is your graphics card strong enough.

After these steps, you can do things like permanently set the game and the origin client to run as admin. 

I'm not sure this is a bug. It's very common in video games that distant objects lose detail the further away they are.

Here are my specs:

intel i7 2600k at 3.4Ghz (4 CORES)

2Gb asus gtx 750ti

16gb ram

Rest is unimportant for this matter. Gpu driver is up to date.(Checked through geforce experince)

I tried setting affinity to 0 and 1 which means 2 cores only and I got a significant FPS drop... It was unplayable thus I returned to previous settings. My bet is that CPU is powerful enough, but GPU isn't. Thanks for help, appreciated..

This is true. But detail loss mustn't happen in an instant unlike the video. It must be smooth enough that you can barely realize it.

@GreaterMistral You may have your graphics option a bit higher than you should with your GPU, this game is very prone to bugs (though generally much worse than a mild graphical annoyance like this, so you're lucky 😉 ) when the graphical settings are higher than the GPU can handle. Lowering your settings may not fix this issue (or it might, you'll need to test it), but hopefully it'll prevent the game from bugging in a more serious way. 🙂

@GreaterMistral You're the first I remember with this specific problem. Most people have issues like cutscenes not triggering (preventing progression of the game), characters disappearing, characters bouncing around (extra fun in locations like the Storm Coast, graphical glitches causing people to go flying off cliffs and dying), things like the floor tile puzzles in the temple towards the end of the game not functioning properly... There are more, but my memory is terrible. 😛

I had an old GTX 570 for most of my time with this game. It handled it well, even with my massive amount of mods, but I chose my graphics settings carefully. Since upgrading to an R9 390 I just have everything turned up to Ultra, so pretty 😛

@GreaterMistral I'll try and test it some time soon. Could you show on the map exactly where you're standing? I'll try to recreate the exact same conditions.

I'm not sure about the CPU bottleneck you mentioned, but you could always try running on the Mantle API, which minimizes CPU bottleneck somewhat. Mantle may cause some other issues, though, since AMD no longer properly supports it. In my case it's insanely long load times (2 minutes vs 18 seconds on DX11), and performance issues when it's raining, but experiences may vary.

Sometimes a tree, human or an animal appears in the distance out of nowhere. This is a simple one I could capture. As was told, I strongly believe that the reason behind these glitches is my weak GPU. It looks like the GPU is just not powerful enough to render those details quickly. Combine this with poorly optimized Frostbite 3 engine and it will result with these glitches....
