How do i delete the patches ?

I wanna try to re-download the patches maybe it will fix them since i still can't hear characters at random points, such as cut scenes i can't hear anyone talk, but when i'm roaming around in the hinterlands i can be party banter.

i have to load the game up and change audio settings exit the game and reload to get the voices to work sometimes but doesn't work every single time so i wanna redo the patches.

i didn't have problems with the game the first time i played it and that was before the patches and now the game is just annoying the hell out of me with the preformance issues on top of the audio bugs
