how do I fix a bug that took away all of my skills for my player?

I have been playing dragon age inquistion on ps4 and am about 18 hours in. Just in the last hour or so i Noticed that all of the player skills I selected for my player , a rogue were not working and ...

Just a suggestion. Try going to the blacksmith in haven(or whatever it's called) and purchase the respec talisman from the wall near the craft armour table.
