I find it on the map as an icon on which you click as if going to a town. It will show as the black emporium

there is no quest and icon on map,i felt like the black emporium is not installed correctly

The icon for the black emporium is S W of Darktown on the day map Sometimes quests will show up in premium content. Check there to see if the the task appears
