How to change language?

See title, how to change language? Is it so hard to implement that? I'm located in Germany, bought it ofc online, and now it's in german w/o any option to change...

From what I have heard,l there should be a English Voice Over DLC available on Origin. It's free and should show up in the list of available DLCs.
