How to get these promotional items on dragon age origins Help please?

So along time ago I got banned on Xbox live for life I had a lot ea games with all add-ons DLC and some promotional items from collectors additions so I decided after a few years to have another crack at it with all the mass effect and dragon age originS so I bought all the add-ons collectors editions they had the promo codes but I noticed in reading in the in the Internet there’s these other promotional items I can get on dragon age origins lucky stone ring through dragon keep and three additional promotional items through Dragon Age journeys i need help setting it up and I’m not sure how I can it’s confusing to me I need some guidance and I was hoping I’m able to obtain those items because I never had those back when I was playing in the beginning so I was hoping is there anybody that can help me or guide me on answers information how to work this stuff ?lately I feel like Ea also BioWare and Game consoles companies Are giving up on these old games when they should consider these games were awesome especially with all the add-ons and promotional items it makes the game more Expandable fun but it seems so hard to get all these promotional items and getting answers through the game makers because They don’t have the proper tools or information on their own products because they’re almost like there’re forgotten those great games to be honest I think the older games certain ones were really awesome and they’re way better than these newer games far as story RPG style goes I’m hoping someone out there would help me out on this give me some answers my suggestion to EA BioWare and Game consoles to get an agreement on the same page far as business goes and sell these promotional items especially at this point in time or remake the game with better graphics and with promotional items and sell them because this is a hassle and makes it not fun and stressful to try to figure out how to obtain these items or finding out that they were available now not especially for someone that’s playing the game for the first time did not have a chance to experience what I’ve seen in those games so I’m hoping someone will read this someone with more authority in the game business industry and take what I’m saying In consideration I’m sure there’s a lot of fans and gamers out there that will agree with what I’m saying right now and be willing to pay for items to make the game more expandable and fun again thank you.
