For the Staff of the Parthalan were you using the "Click Here" link on this site?

I used the same link and got the error also. How do i get these items now?

why cant i get that staff?

I reported this to a EA staff member on the phone and even he re-created this problem and is writing a letter to bioware as he says it is a problem with their website.  Hopefully Bioware will fix their website or get it so we can get these items an alternative way (that is what i asked the guy to email to bioware since the link is not working).

I've tried to log in to claim my staff but it always says Error.

I've tried alot of times please i need my staff i've logged into ea and i've checked my chest but nothing.

I didn't got my staff ☹️

So... What, is it down for mantinance? Because if it's not, then I think it should of been fixed bynow, don't you think?... It's been half a year, at the least, since then. Is there like a certain time that it actually IS available for me to sign up?

Please, do not revive a thread from july 2012. The newsletter has been reactivated as stated in several far more recent threads.
