The dlc should be available here:
Right click on Dragon Age Inquisition in Origin tab <My Games> (Mes Jeux), select Voir les details du jeu (See details). At the bottom of the page look at Extension et Bonus and you should see the English Pack to download. Once it's dl, launch the game go to option and you will have the new audio option to change the spoken language to English
would you like me to upload a screenshot? There are no Extensions available, i know how it looks from BF3, the whole thing just isn´t there!

i can only play in german. and i wont do that...
no english voice over pack available.
Btw, whenever i google search the Dlc, it´s no longer available if i try to add it to my cart.
I tried changing the origins client to english, and am now verifying my game files, maybe that works, I´ll report later on

Maybe we´ll be noticed this way! I dare hope we´ll even get an official Statement from EA if we gather enough votes!
