My Inquisitor Edition arrived, but pieces were broken or missing. Who do I contact?

We have been receiving reports of some Inquisitor Editions arriving with some broken pieces. If that is the case for you, please contact your GameStop store and they will provide the directions to have the item replaced. GameStop and Project TriForce are working to make sure that all broken pieces are replaced. We will provide more instructions when we receive details from our partners.

The Inquisitor Edition of Dragon Age: Inquisition includes a code for mulitplayer bonus items and instructions to redeem the code at social.bioware.com/redeem, but this no longer works for redeeming codes. To redeem the code, please either redeem it through the Origin client (details here) or visit Origin's product code redemption page.

    • NOTE: Please make sure you are signed in with the Origin account that you intend to use for DA:I. Verify that your PSN or Gamertag is connected to the account from the About Me page of the Origin account site.

If you have already redeemed your code and have not received the chest yet, please note that we are aware of the issue and you should be receiving it shortly.
