Invalid registration code
dragon age origins ultimate edition says the registration code is invalid. i only have four sets of digits and it shows five boxes to enter the info. english

I am also having this problem, I was on live chat with someone but then got disconnected and cannot now resume the chat or start a new one

Same issue, same retailer.
Game package comes with 2 16 character codes, installer requests a 20 character code
