[Keep] Internal Server Error 500

Hi there! So I was just finishing my DA2 playthrough to get ready for the new incoming DA, and I've been using the Dragon Age Keep website to get my decisions recorded (as I'm planning on doing several playthoughs with DAO and DA2), but just as I finished DA2 I got an internal server error 500 on Dragon Age Keep login.

I've seen several other posts regarding this error in the past years, and seems to be in the server side (please confirm?), but just wanted to check if I'm the only one here or not as I haven't seen any new posts regarding this issue again.

To be more specific, I've been getting this error since 18/07/2024, and I've been checking every day until now with no luck. Just getting the same error every time.

Does anyone else have the same issue? I repeat, it's not a "Oops something happened" or a Login issue message, it's just the 500 internal sever error.

Mainly posting this to raise the flag and check if it's not only me. Thanks in advance!

  • Updating: I tried opening DAKeep from another browser and I saw there was no 500 error and I could enter without issues, so I deleted cache/cookies in the website and it worked. No more errors and working fine as should be.

it was a relief to know the solution was that simple this time haha. I hope this works if someone has the same these days. Cheers!

Hey, @Anshal0n, As of this morning, are you still getting that 500 error when you attempt to log into the store?

    Hi there,

The EA Store seems to work fine (I can login into the EA site and app without issues), but the issue is with the Dragon Age Keep website. It still shows the same error and still cannot use it.

Right on! There is a ticket for it since there are a few issues, so I can add this to it but I am glad it is working for you now!
