Language Pack doesn't work with Mods

Hello,

I've a problem and i'm trying to fix this issue about 4 hours.

When I change language files, (en.sb and en.toc files) my language pack works greatly.

When I uninstall mods and verifying installion on Steam and install my mods with mod manager v1.0 again, mods work greatly.

However, language packs doesn't work with mods. When I installed mods after language packs, game is generally stuck loading screen after launch or language are english. 

I tried to reinstall game, I tried to install mods before the language files, I tried to pasting language files before packing mods, but they did not work.

My english is not so good, sorry about this. Hope you can help me cause I really don't want to play DA:I GOTY edition without mods.
