Same for me. Female qunari, changed from default (i guess Samantha Traynor's voice) to the alternative lower one after Hawke's appearance menu.
A cheap fix i guess would be to add some artifact to Skyhold to enter the appearance editor again, like in DA2.
This fix would literally take them ten min to make and then deploy. They should honestly do this today beacuse this fix would be fairly easy to do and it would fix a bug that is simple but ruining alot of peoples game experience. Anyone else in this thread should somehow forward this suggestion so it was well known
