FIXED IT FOR MY GAME GUYS:
hope this works for you. Right after the "meeting" and customizing Hawke that screwed up my male characters voice, I created a brand new save. I then checked my nearest save game to see how many hours behind. It was too far behind, like 7-8 hours.
Coming back to the game hours later after turning on ps4, booting up etc. I was able to see three different auto saves that weren't being shown earlier for whatever reason. One of my auto saves was after the glitch but one was only a few minutes before.
Obviously this means you will have to have default Hawke so maybe that doesn't satisfy some of you, but all I cared about was fixing my own character.
