Missing virtuoso armor from the challenge "Experienced Mage" chest

As I'm not wholly familiar with the MP aspect of Inquisition, this is a schematic, right? It says that it's a crafted light armor on the page you linked meaning you get the schematic and not the actual armor. Or are you saying you haven't received that schematic? 

It is not schematic. In MP when you complete the challenge "Experienced Mage" you should obtain chest with 6 mage drakescale armors for mages (and some random items) but I obtain only 5 armors. Missing one for virtuoso.

If it's something in game, you may need an EA employee to fix it. Unfortunately, we're not EA employees. We're gamers just like you. You can try a game repair, make sure you're updated to the latest patch, and uninstall any mods (if you have any) then try again, or check.

As I wrote already I contacted the Polish EA support and they told me to write here because here is someone who can fix it or give this case further, this isn't problem in game this problem is in the main server..

I'm sorry to tell you that you've been misinformed. We cannot do anything with the servers or pass anything on further. Only EA can help with that. We're not EA employees. I would suggest contacting support again and explaining to them what happened and if they give you the same advice ask them to clarify where you're supposed to be writing. Notice how there IS a piece of light Drakescale armor that has no class restriction, and yet NOONE can equip it?  I'm guessing this is the bug, and it's supposed to be the Virtuouso's armor, but someone somewhere either screwed up, OR it's intentional as a last minute fix to a much larger exploit/bug.  EA and BW tend to shrug off problems and bugs reported, ignoring them until either they have time and care to fix it, or never acknowledging it publicly.  Either way, they know about it.....just haven't or wont do anything about it.  This is one of Biowares worst problems with all of their games.  They bury their heads in the sand when it comes to publicly acknowledging bugs they have no intention on addressing.

The Piece that is restriction:ONLY is the Saarebas piece.  The Virtuoso piece is still missing.

Any update on whether this is fixed now or not? I as well have completed the achievement but do not have the Virtuoso Dragonscale Armor.
