I've seen other players do it but I'm not sure how to. They will go to a location with in the map and their character will say come here or this way...how do I do this I have a mouse and keyboard

F1-F4 are "voice" commands in Multiplayer, with F4 being "Over here" (shows a shield over the person's head). I think F3 is "Let's retreat" but I don't know for sure what the other two are.
F1 - Target this enemy
F2 - Retreat
F3 - Thank you
F4 - Come here
