Attempting to reinstall and see if fixes issue i am haveing with being stuck waiting for store in multiplayer to load.Started this morning 11/19/2014 at about 8-9 am central.you can play acess potions and inventory, only thing you cannot do is get into store (speaking for myself)others i have played with in Multiplayer can acess the store fine.when i click on store from anywhere (multiplayer side)goes to schreen with guy walking back and forth and says loading please wait at bottom on loot chest screen,and because it wont load you cant switch to potion buy screen ect.

i know this sounds dumb but it works for me. when it says downloading data please wait , sign in a guest account. then the store should be loaded when you enter the game again.

Did reinstalling help? Because I'm reinstalling the game on my xbox one, at the time of posting this, if it didn't help is it a small small glitch that will get worst over time and we are the first to get this bug/glitch now or what?

No reinstall did not fix, must need a server reset Possibably might fix it.

Uninstalling is not a short process, will that lose my save games? This 'Downloading data please wait' issue is doing my head in. Is a reinstall the only solution? I had this during EA Access and now the game is 'live' I have it still. Thanks.

reinstalling didn't help me it think its a glitch a few people might be having, all we can do it hope they fix it.

Stupid game completely locks up.
Can't get to Free, Chests, Potions, Platinum, or even go back.
It's completely borked.

PRETTY SURE I HAVE A SOLUTION GUYS!!!
This fix worked for me.
I was using a wireless connection to the internet took it downstairs and made it wired straight to my router and loaded the game and it worked it let me use my 8k coins that i had saved up

mine has been wired and dosent load wireless wont load on it when i swap either

This solution was successful for me:

The issue is that the Dragon Age Inquisition multiplayer store endlessly gives: "Downloading Data. Please Wait."

I have the digital deluxe edition, preordered it from the Xbox One store under EA Access, and I did play the EA Access trial.
The store problem showed up during the trial and now also after the game is live.

I tried the following steps from EA Support, here is how I got on:

Restart the console.
Turn off the console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console powers down.
Turn off the internet router for 30 seconds.
Turn the internet router back on.
Turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. Note If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
Clear the local saved games.
SETTINGS-SYSTEM-STORAGE-CLEAR LOCAL SAVED GAMES. YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY INFORMATION.
Delete and re download gamer tag.
SETTINGS-OTHER PEOPLE-REMOVE ACCOUNTS-DELETE YOUR GAMER TAG.
Re-add my gamer tag at sign in button top left.
THEN ADD NEW PROFILE AND RE SYNC YOU ACCOUNT WITH YOUR MICROSOFT PASSWORD AND USERNAME.
Restart the game.
It says 'Syncing data for Dragon Age Inquisition...', which does take a couple of minutes, be patient.
Then back to the load screen and it says 'connecting to EA servers'
Open multiplayer.
Open store
And...

Frree chest appears - success !!!!!
