Multiple games unable to start
Hi there!
I've been struggling recently with opening some of the games installed on my Origin,
When it comes to opening the program I simply press the start button, Origin will tab out as if starting the program, there will be a few seconds of delay and then Origin returns back to the home screen as if nothing happened. When checking task manager the games haven't even started up or are running the background. I receive no errors or black screens when this happens either for three out of four games.
This is happening to;
- Mass Effect Andromeda
- Mass Effect 2
- Dragon Age 2
- Dragon Age Origins
I've attempted to verify the files, reinstall the games, cleaned my dns and even reinstalled my origin and updated it with the hopes it would change but nothing seems to work for me, I'm not too versed in repairing games so it's been a struggle finding related information.
The only game that gives me an error when the program attempts to launch is Dragon Age 2 which explains;
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)."
If anyone has a solution or an idea what's the issue here I would deeply appreciate some assistance.
