Need Help!! Failed to auntheticate the disk!! error

Please i need help with this i dont know what to do it worked just fine a few minutes ago but i downloaded an "update" or patch this one

and when i want to play again the game showed me the message: Failed to auntheticate the disk. Please insert the correct disk and try again. And i think its because of the patch i downloaded because i never had problems before that and if its that the case how can i remove this patch or what i have to do,  i was almost finishing the game and i have spent a lot of hours in this playtrough and i really want to finish it so please help me !!
