Community AdminI don't think Florianne is a traditional agent, I think she unlocks a new War Table Op though. Checking around, it seems that Servis' Agent status may be bugged, or it just doesn't display properly. If you're familiar with the perk unlock mechanic and how it counts agents as perks, does there appear to be an extra "hidden" perk active in the Secrets menu?
Not those guys it's the mercenary Captain Gaspard hired and the noble from the garden you can get from earsdropping that are missing.
For me anyway.
From what I've read in the official guide those two aren't counted as actual agents in regards to inquisition perks. However I did have a problem with the blades of Hessarian where i completed the quest, they acknowledge they work for me and are friendly in the region, but don't show up on the perk list. So it could be a glitch happening right now.
