You do realize they didn't claim to make any FPS or performance improvements in Patch 3, right?? They tried some bug fixes, and seemingly fixed some and broke others, typical I guess. As far as your FPS issue...well, you haven't posted any specs, for your machine, for your video levels in game, or anything constructive to actually look into the causes of your issue. There are issues on machines that are both fixable and non-fixable(requiring patch) and you/we have no idea which yours is. Depending on your driver package, you may be having an issue with Geforce experience interfereing with the game, the nvidea sound drivers interfereing with the game, so unknown background process eating CPU % causing lag/bad performance. You could also have sub-standard equipment and really not understand it or believe that YOUR system is out of date....
Plus without data to help Bioware look on the forum and see what systems are having issues, you are actually slowing down the ability to patch the game...because they DO have issues, BUT not EVERYONE does..my system runs 40-50fps on full Ultra and hasn't had many issues and none with FPS since day one. So how is Bioware supposed to figure out why you have issues and I don't and fix them if you don't post a DXdiag file and options from game???
