I tried the vertical sync solution but it did not work.
I also tried setting my Windows DPI scaling to 100% as suggested.
EA moderators,
Please communciate to your company that it reflects rather poorly on EA/Bioware when a $60-$70 game is somehow incompatible with fullscreen mode on the latest graphics cards. If this is a DPI scaling issue, then it indicates your company did little or no testing on QHD or UHD screens, which reflects even more poorly given how commonplace these displays are becoming. It's disappointing that you seem to lack a sense of urgency in solving a problem that was reported on launch day and is this common. Please fix this or at least provide some feedback to the community on your progress in fixing it and manage our expectations a bit better.

just to note that every DxDiag uploaded here of people that having a problem there is 1 thing the same.
they all have a procesor with an intergrated GFX cip.
some quick testing with 2 diffrent processors and same system seem to point to that this is the problem.
not 100% sure but i think you need to look in that direction

Good thought, but look at almost ALL current intel processors - they have integrated graphics built in. I expect your point isn't necessarily that it is the presence of the chip, but that most of these systems are utilizing that integrated graphics and another discrete chip, such as an nvidia 860m(in my case). This has been stated a few times before, when posters are referring to optimus systems. That is a system that will automatically(or manually, in some cases) choose between the two different graphics systems.
For more information:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/optimus_technology.html
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nvidia_Optimus
In particular, it seems that when using optimus and specific hardware combinations, the user loses the ability to do display scaling. For example, the intel hd 4600 would offer display scaling as an option, but it is "greyed out". The 860m by nvidia would offer the same function, but it is not an option in the selection trees of the nvidia control panel.
Basically, I/we should be able to fix this problem, but we can't because both Nvidia and Intel have decided to not allow me to tweak this function. Kind of a perfect storm sort of situation.
In summation.. well, all of the above is in the rest of the thread, if people would just read it. Hopefully they will read this and not just re-discover what has already been figured out.

Hmm.. Interesting
Do you consider a GFX chip to meet the minimum specs?
Minimum System Requirements
- OS: Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit
- CPU: AMD quad-core CPU @ 2.5 GHz, Intel quad-core CPU @ 2.0 GHz
- System RAM: 4 GB
- Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 4870, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
- Graphics memory: 512 MB
- Hard drive: 26 GB
- DirectX 10
Please note it says Graphics Card = Discreet GPU.
Also, some Intel cpus have an integrated graphic chip and may not meet the minimum graphic performance
requirement. This applies to AMD APUs, too.
How to check if your system can run the game (hardware wise)

Has a tool that will scan your system and tell you if you can or can't.
Good luck folks

The GTX860M, which a lot of users report to have is identical to the Desktop GT750, which meets the requirements. The only difference is, that the Desktop version doesn't use the Optimus System. I would guess that's where the game has trouble.
Plus some users reported they got it to work after closing some specific apps. So eventually there will be a fix.

couldnt agree more.. at least give us some feedback on what is happening. i dont mind if there is no fix yet as long as i have some answers/assurance from EA regarding this issue. i dont want to spend 60-$80 for a service such as this, rather disappointed.
