NVidia Optimus (GTX00M) Cannot Run in Fullscreen Mode

I talked to a supprt rep for an hour today before he was told (and then told me) that this:

is a known issue with the game when running on a laptop with a modern Nvidia chipset
there isn't currently a fix
there is no estimate as to when a fix will be available.

He felt bad he hadn't seen that before we spent an hour doing everything humanly imaginable and was generally a good sport about the whole thing.

I only hope the moderators will participate sometime soon and provide us an update on what's being done to fix this.

I am really diasppointed with this Optimus technology. It has so many frustrating issues. And on top of that Intel is not really up to the task of suppying working drivers. We get one driver each three months.
