I'm having the same issue ☹️
Window mode and my Nvidea won't optimise and it says my system requirments are not high enough to optimise this game???
My laptop is a MSI 2pE leopard with a Nvidea 840m card.
I'm not very tech savy but i really thought my new laptop would run this game beautifully ☹️
If anyone can give me any advice on what i need to do to fix this please do or is it just my laptop isn't strong enough or a bug with the game etc?
Thank you 🙂

Snarlyquinn,
GF Experience might tell you that it can't optimize the game, you should be fine anyway as long as you have a reasonable native screen resolution and play in windowed full-screen mode. Just try running it and hope for the best (and eventually, a patch).

Me too!
My computer runs the game just fine with mostly medium graphics (save for terrian and shadows) and it's running at between 30-40FPS which is just fine with me, yet the optimiser wants me to run it at RESOLUTION 20%. You go check that out, it makes the entire game looks like it's running under a waterfall. And it wants me to run everything on either low or off. There's no way that's a correct representation of my computer's ability because it can run the game just fine at it's current settings. The only thing my computer doesn't meet the requirements for (recommended by the way not even minimal) is CPU and it's only below the recommended CPU by about .5 of computing power.
Obviously this is a graphics/GPU rendering issue and even with the Nvidia patch I got a few days ago the problems didn't get fixed, so it's got to be a rendering issue on Bioware's side. I'd just really like to hear back from them as to whether they've figured out the problem or if they're working on it, but they've been silent for days now and the minimal support they've provided has been for a fraction of the people who are affected in this thread.
