Odd glowing cloud around Inquisitor?

Actually no it hasnt been patch at all

This is so beyound annoying i'm not even sure what causes it to happen in the first place

Im about ready just to go out and get a ps3 copy and sell my ps4 version.

This only happens on the ps4 for some reason, really needs patched
