(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

Hello, since yesterday my dragon age keep doesn't load anymore. Every time after logging in I get the message "Oops, an error occurred". I've tried everything, but the situation hasn't changed. But since I wanted to continue playing my game, I created a second account so that I can save the decisions for the time being, but the same problem occurred here immediately. Is the server down or can someone help me somehow? I want to be able to use my account normally again
