(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

I just tried to start a new Inquisition game, but it won't let me use my world state. When I checked the keep my profile picture was replaced with one with a question mark on it and I kept getting the oops error no matter how many times I refresh the page. Now I can't start any new characters unless I use the default state ☹️

  I'm not holding my breath on a fix...they seem far more interested in working on their newest DA game.
  Not that there's a chance of me buying it after this experience showing me what I can expect, but...
