(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

So, I can connect to the Keep servers from my Xbox, but I can not even load the keep on any browser on my computer. I just purchased DAI on my PC because I want to play it on PC instead of Xbox. I wanted to log in to the Keep to check and make sure that I could pull my world from the Keep and use it for my PC playthrough. I keep refreshing and I tried three browsers, and they all gave the same "Oops, and error occured" and tells me to refresh and retry. I checked my Xbox and started the process to create a new character to see if I could pull my world there and it seems as if it doesn't exist anymore. Is there something wrong with the servers or am I out of luck?
