(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

why are EA so silent on this issue!! .. What has me all fired up on this issue is that its not clear how Dragon Age Keep influences access to in-game DLC... none of the key DLC (such as "Jaws of Hakkon") are showing up in my war room map and EA don't have any help available to tell "DA newbies", who began with Dragon Age Inquisition, what I need to do to get this quest to show up on my Frereldan Map... I am using EA Play and Xbox GamePass Ultimate ... after paying for all of this.... it doesn't work?!! Fix It Already!!

For real. Can we get a status update or an ETA for the issue with Dragon Keep to be resolved. Why do I have to look all over EA for a simple status update or an acknowledement of the problem at all?
