Origin Access won't add DA:O to my games

So I had an Access account, let it lapse for a couple months then reactivated it, Dragon Age Origins wouldn't launch so I uninstalled it and removed it from my games since it wasn't giving me the option to download again (just said "Play"), but now when I try to add it back to my games it just acts like it's being added, then doesn't show up. I've cleared the Origin cache, reinstalled Origin, but still doesn't let me add it to my games. Any help would be much appreciated.

This happened to me too, do 2 and inquisition work fine on install and play like all other origin games, i have access and a couple months ago i missed a payment, and paid it about a week later, then after playing doi a bit i went to get origins installed and start from the very beginning, well it shows up in my library, not grey at first but i have no install or play button so i remove and re add it to my library, then its greyed out and i cant do anything with it so from the store i manage to get it to forcibly install,  somehow, now no matter what i do it is not in my game library, ive tried everything, check for updates restart origin, dao is no longer in my library, i can launch from my desktop icon, i can even launch the game using steam, but does origin know its in my library? no! and this is rather annoying
in the attatched picture, the screen should be filled with titles, but because dao is missing, its not there

how'd you get it to forcibly install? I don't usually launch from the app anyway, still will be annoying, but I just wanna play ☹️

The beta came out today, I installed and ran it, and the game is back in my library, downloading now.

    Hi @itxhyy_ 🙂

Glad to hear you solved your problem with the update to the beta of Origin 🙂 but keep in mind that the beta it's not a finished version of Origin and if any issue arises again try to revert back to the previous version of Origin 🙂

    @Ratchetfan13

Sometimes these issues might appear if subscriptions have expired or have been changed from 1 week to 1 month, or several months, if that's so please confirm your subscription in origin.com in your Order History, you can find more information here:

    http://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/origin-order-history-and-status-guide

Also always check if the game is not hidden in Origin, next to "Show:" in your games library, choose "hidden games" and check if DAO is there 😉

If all those steps above can't find your game, you can always reach out to our world class customer support in help.ea.com and speak to a Game Advisor, through chat or phone, that can check your account and fix the issue in minutes:

Hi, Dragon Age Origins has vanished from my games. All my other games are there. It isn't in the hidden games section either. When I go to vault and click add to my games nothing happens. Help!

@scymitarza Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling Origin client and then try adding the game again.

Let us know how you get on!

No luck, it is the only vault game that won't be added to my games as well. All my other content is there.

it is a fault on EA/Origns end they need to look into it there is no need to uninstall and then reinstall the Origin client for it to show up, it is a server sided issue, and EA needs to stop stealing peoples money if they can't provide a product that works correctly!

    Hi @scymitarza,

I've moved your post to this older thread where some other users had the same issue and solved it with an update to Origin 10 beta version.

Please try to solve the issue by updating to the beta of Origin version 10, as one user solved it:

    Login to Origin application

Go to "Origin" on the top left

    Go to "Application Settings"

It should open immediately the "General" tab

Scroll down to "Origin beta Participation"

Tick the blank checkbox that says "Update to the beta version when available"

Click "Origin" again and select "Exit"

Then Open Origin again and it will ask to install the new beta version of Origin

If the issue persists follow these steps:
