As previously stated this issue is being investigated at a high priority. As for the testing the studio works very hard on that and I hope you can respect that there always has to be a careful balance between testing an upcoming patch for eternity and releasing it within a timely fashion.
If you just have a look around other threads it can be frustrating if you experience an issue and would like it to be fixed yesterday. However, due to the complexity of software development even seemingly 'small' issues are not necessarily easy to fix.
In summary, we are working very hard to resolve this one as well as other issues as soon as possible but it will require some time.

Hey Nils,
I do appreciate the updates and the fact that the devs are working on this, but I hope the respect and understanding goes both ways. I've played Inquisition for 67 hours on patch 2 with very few problems except for a few sidequests that are impossible to finish and the occasional stretch of silence between banter. Then, patch 3 hits, and now I'm more or less stuck in Skyhold because parts of my equipment are useless and I don't know if I should craft new ones, because an eventual fix might mess these up in turn.
You guys made a wonderful game and I've had a blast playing through it up to this point, but post-launch support has been a bit lackluster so far.
