I am experiencing similar issues with gameplay. Pre-patch things were okay. Post-patch I've had trouble starting the game; it would frequently crash before the game even had a chance to open to full-screen. In-game I'm experiencing frequent stuttering of both graphics and audio in both game-play and cut-scenes (even when I'm idling in a menu).
Echo what everyone else said. I had zero issues before, now I essentially freeze after a few minutes followed by stutters that make the game unplyable.
