Add me to the growing list of hitch hitch stutter freeze players. Everything was working beautifully before the patch, but now it's the aforementioned problem around every 4 or 5 minutes.
Also, my CPU is getting near 100% useage at these times, and it cretainly wasn't before.

Windows 7 64-bit
i5-3570K quad core @ 3.40 GHz
8 GB RAM
GTX 660ti 2 GB VRAM
