[PC] Accessing the Undercroft in Skyhold

I have 3 save files in Dragon Age. Two of the three can access the area "undercroft" in my fortress Skyhold but in the 3rd one the game glitches out and stops responding whenever i try to enter. This...

@ChaoticKitten69 That's what I thought, just thought I'd double check 🙂
Does every save on the bugged character have this issue?
Did you try repairing the game in Origin as I suggested above? And removing mods if you're using them?

Just to rule it out, have you tried lowering your graphics settings to see if that helps? (You'd be surprised how many weird and seemingly unrelated bugs graphics settings seem to cause in this game).

I mean I have 3 different characters. Sorry about that I should have made that a bit clearer
